The setup fee covers professional installation and takedown of your decorations. This includes transportation, assembly, and ensuring everything is perfectly placed for your event.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for events over $500. Typically, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for standard events, and 4-8 weeks for peak seasons (spring/summer) and large events. Last-minute bookings may be available based on our schedule.

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
